Adaptive Mobility Systems in Quincy accepts the Five Back Visa card.

Adaptive Mobility Systems is affiliated with Denman Medical Supply in Quincy, Illinois. Both accept the Gene Grawe Fund’s Five Back Visa with no problem. However, all credit/debit cards payments have to be made through Denman Medical Supply even for AMS. AMS personnel will usually call-in the GGF Visa card information to the billing people at Denman Medical. So after your medical insurance has completed their payments, use Gene Grawe Fund Visas to pay your deductible and co-pays for wheelchair purchases and repairs, ramps, lift systems, and so on.

UPDATE: On Aug 2, 2018, I successfully paid for a $1,000 wheelchair repair with GGF Visa gift cards.
