UPDATE 12/14/2019:  We’ve received feedback from someone who was unsuccessful in his attempt to use a registered Visa to pay his AT&T bill online. He is set up on AT&T’s auto-pay and was wondering if that might be preventing him from manually paying the bill with a registered GGF Visa before the auto-pay debit date.
