Need your help to verify CarouselChecks.com can accept the Five Back Visa card.

This company has incredibly good customer service!

I attempted to pay for my check reorder with a Five Back Visa card, but it failed three times returning an address verification error. I then paid for my order with my own credit card. I assumed they couldn’t accept it and immediately emailed their customer service my standard letter encouraging them to accept the Five Back Visa or even better, signup with ShopWithScrip.com.

Well, not more than an hour later a very helpful CS rep called me. She said a couple years ago they ran into this very same problem and what I needed to do was go to the prepaid Visa card’s website and register the card with my address. She said their checkout system requires that my billing address match the billing address on file with the prepaid card. Said that should fix the problem.

Then she told me I could’ve used a different coupon code instead of the free shipping code worth just $5.99. So she redid my coupon codes so that I ended up with free shipping and another 10% off my order for a total savings of $9.88! Well, color me impressed!

Since I ordered 400 checks, it’ll be awhile before I’ll need to reorder again using a GGF Five Back Visa. So I’m asking anyone who needs to order checks to try the address thing above and let us know how it works out. You can’t beat the prices at CarouselChecks.com anyway.

Finally, I suggested to her that maybe they should consider joining RaiseRight.com and have their own gift cards. She said she’s already a step ahead of me as she spoke with her supervisor about it and they’ve already forwarded my email to their CEO for consideration.
